Excellent location to Sunbet Arena and shopping malls Renovations being done so a little dusty

Location was very good.

I was swapped from the room that I booked to a room without a aircon 3 minutes before checking time. I left my iphone charger in the room and contacted the reception on my way home(220 km away). I asked the reception to ask Lyle to contact me and keep my charger there. Promised to do so - but -no communication whatsoever!!

The unit was good all round and location was great for attending the Sun Bet Arena. Furniture was comfortable and cozy. The views were awesome from the apartment as it is on the 12th floor, the restaurant/view on the rooftop was also amazing. Great food!

Very small changes would have made me rate a 10/10. Bigger drinking glasses needed, Bigger bath towels as well as bath/shower mats would be great. Other than that loved it

For a place of that standard, the management company is shocking, 45min wait just to get the room key, as House Keeping could not be found, and no one bothered to find them !!!!! The room, had nothing - no bottled water, no coffee / tea - just a room, cheap nearly finished soap, I travel internationally monthly and standard rooms in Africa, made more effort than this suppose to be a upgraded change, i would have hated to see what the norm room would have been like

The place was very clean and close to a lot of facilities.. also very spacious and quiet

Waited for 30min to get access, key was lost. No kettle. Bedding trow was smelly and dirty. Astray full of sigarett buds. Dirt behind the couch where the wifi was stuffed in behind the couch. Smelly fridge. Had no response from my host when I reported my issues.
