The location is amazing right next to the cathedral and museum, the staff is very friendly and helpful

The facilities qualities could be improved

The cosy style, the terrace, the diversity of the rooms, the view. Every sunday there is a parade with old cars and old scouters, we had first line ticket from window :) and we enjoyed it very much. We had Strangers room ( i hope i remember well) at second floor.

The breakfast could be more diverse or to have some boiled eggs and vegetables. Because it is in front of the cathedral some people would be disturbed by the noise from the bell. The lift is working only during the time when the reception is open.

Very friendly staff. Very original, yet practical and comfortable room. Very good home-made breakfast with a view on the duomo. Free public parking close-by.

We were upgrade to the superior room. It was magical with its Dali theme and round bed. Quite a unique experience.

Location fantastic. Breakfast was good. Standard typical breakfast for inland Sicily.

Rooms a bit small, but nice.

Young lady attending to breakfast was helpful and friendly.

Kept waiting 2 hours to check in because receptionist had to attend a party for his boss.
