Our stay here was two mixed extremes. I had booked a specific room and chose this accommodation largely due to the appeal of this room. It was confirmed numerous times that we would be given this room. Upon arrival that was no the case- 'our room' had been allocated by mistake to someone who paid more for this stay. However, after acknowledging the error, the owner/manager could not have done more. He offered us a free dinner at his restaurant about 400m away, which was enjoyable and kind of him. Still would rather have had the room we'd booked and paid for dinner, but not possible.

The air con unit in the room was noisy.

This is a real gem of a place. Piazza Armerina is a beautiful town but this hotel is worth a visit in its own right. The welcome was warm and genuine and the ambience and vibe of the hotel is just the same. You feel that you are staying with friends. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are visiting Sicily

Everything about the hotel was good. We got sidetracked trying to park but there are convenient spaces below the cathedral, just 2 minutes walk away, free when we stayed in September 2025.

Intermittently noisy - cars, motorbikes, church bells. Not enough natural light in the room. Awkward shower/bath combo.

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Suite D'Autore Art Design Gallery e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è pulita, centrale e comodissima: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Gli ambienti sono curati e particolari, con un design originale che rende il soggiorno ancora più interessante. Il punto forte? La vista spettacolare sul Duomo, davvero impagabile! Consigliamo questa struttura a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole, in una posizione strategica e con un tocco di stile unico.
