"Terrible. The damp was so bad we both got so poorly and had to move out as no one responded"

No answer from the host and no instructions until 3pm the day of check in. When we moved in, the heating units were not working (and it was very damp and cold!). They sent instructions on how to use the heating units, but when we continued to call them and message them to explain they were broken, they just ignored us. The shower was also broken in one of the bathrooms, and the towels were not able to dry as it was so cold and damp. We ended up having to leave, as we both got so poorly and could not sleep well due to the cold. We asked for a part refund, but the booking agents were extremely unhelpful and deflected the problem. Extremely disappointed as we tried for 10 days to rectify the issue.

The host let us waiting for hours before answering us and nobody replied to our messages and found broken items when we arrived. for the amount of money we paid was really not worth it
