Large establishment, with outdoor space

Poor natural light, with old forniture and facilities (including electricity plugs to be changed as very common to get mini shocks upon contact) Unpleasant interaction with the host, as we made a mistake with the reservation and number of people staying in, resulting in a difficult interaction and inflexibility from the owner, that did not show good manners, that have been well below the standard of what we are used to

Nos recibieron con galletas para el desayuno, un vino blanco excelente de Cala Luna y botellas de agua para beber. La casa super equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera.

First of all Gianni was an absolutely fabulous host. Super responsive, friendly, forthcoming, helpful, and talkative. A really nice person right away. The home is great, in a quiet neighborhood, private, spacious, very well equipped. The washing machine worked great, the kitchen had everything one might need. The location is wonderful, close to hiking trails and the sea. I very much recommend the place.

I had a wonderful stay at Gli Ulivi apartment. The location was perfect—a very short walk to the center, beach, shops, and restaurants. The area is perfectly safe especially if you are a solo-traveler like me☺️ The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the facilities I needed including good WI-Fi. Also thank you, Gianni, for greeting me with traditional sweets and a bottle of delicious Sardinian wine, which was a delightful touch!

Very nice and spacious apartment, about a 10 minute walk from the Port and the restaurants on the waterfront. Parking is easy and free.

It is a bit of a climb up the hill to reach the apartment from the Port and night life, but nothing substantial.
