Not much. The location just outside Anzio was very good. Pretty much right on the beach. Only a few minutes drive from the town centre. The room and bathroom were a good size.

Everything else. There was no-one to greet us. Everything was done by messaging. Access to the property and the room (5) was through key codes and a little confusing at first, but OK once we worked it out. Using keycodes to access the room is not acceptable really. A physical key limits theft. Once in the room there was nothing that made us happy. The room was bare, dark and un-inviting. Nowhere to sit (other then the bed) the side tables were useless. The wall paper was peeling of the walls and inside the cupboards. There was only one extra pillow wich was only accessible with a hook stick in the cupboard. The bedsheets did not fit the bed and the matress was really uncomfortable (for us) When added to the lack of pillows, the sleep experience was bad. We booked for a 2 night stay and moved out to another hotel after the first night. We have travelled around the world for 30+ years and have only ever decided to move out of a hotel early once before. Once was in Malta and this was the only other time. The impressions of the hotel shown online bare no resemblance to the actual property. There were 2 powerpoints only in the entire room. One in the bedoom and one in the bathroom. No hair dryer, nothing. No soap for the shower and the bathroom door scrapes on the floop when you open it. As for the shower, it is health hazzard. The floor was so slippery that it was dangerous to ahower. No anti slip mat. As said we have travelled all over the world over many years and this is one of the worst accommodations we have ever had. I would rate this in the lowest quality properties I've ever seen. The grounds were also full of weeds and disused BBQ areas. We moved to a real hotel just near and had a great final night in Anzio.

Nothing significant

Great location, especially for those traveling without a car — it’s near the Marechiaro station, just a 10-minute walk away. There’s a small grocery store about 400 meters away, and the beach is right across the road. The property is spacious, with a lovely, well-kept garden and outdoor relaxation areas. The room was very clean — it had just been cleaned before our arrival. The bed linen was pleasant, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We were able to check in two hours earlier, for which we’re very grateful.

The top hinge of the bathroom window was broken. To ventilate the bathroom, we had to constantly insert the hinge fitting back into the frame. The towel hooks in the bathroom were lying in the cabinet, glued to the bottom. We managed to detach one of them and place it on the wall to hang our towels. On the first day of our stay, water from the shower cabin simply overflowed and spilled onto the bathroom floor — the drain wasn’t working. We messaged the owner that it needed cleaning, but received no response. As a result, we had to clean the drain ourselves in order to use the shower cabin! Although the washing machine, like the other appliances in the apartment, is new, it most likely has an unpleasant odor due to the door and detergent drawer being constantly closed. After washing with a double rinse, some of that smell remained on our clothes. We recommend cleaning the machine and leaving the door and top drawer slightly open.

Дуже класний номер з терасою. Для всіх гостей доступний гриль. На кухні є великий холодильник і все для приготування їжі. Велика парковка . Навколо будинку доглянуті сад. Пляж буквально через дорогу.

Є нюанси з заїздом на територію. Було б круто мати пульт для автоматичних воріт.

Anzio is a quiet little beach town. Beautiful and convenient to Rome by train. Use the Marechario station. Host was helpful when needed.

Almost everything is closed on Mondays. Facilities are shared by other guests (hoping they are respectful). There are no beach accessories.
