Modern Garden Flat Close To Beach

Once through the front door the layout of the flat and the quality of the decor and furnishings was first class. There was plenty of room and the atmosphere was light and airy. The little patio garden at the back was a real bonus.

Nothing really. We found parking a bit difficult but that was probably due to the Eastbourne air display which was on at the time of our arrival.

Really lovely little flat in a perfect location for exploring. Nice little touches to make us feel welcome. Bedding was very clean.

I know it is unavoidable in a flat but the noise from upstairs was excessive. Radio or TV on from 6am with windows open. Would have liked instructions for the cooker, air fryer etc. Poor WiFi reception so could only watch one channel and couldn't connect laptop.

The flat was modern inside and clean.

The flat didn't look very welcoming from the outside. The bed frame hadn't been put together properly and we had to prop it up with books. The people in the flat above were a bit noisy..

The flat is very clean and nicely decorated with lots of thought and care about guests. We loved the outside space with so much flowers and sunshine. The place does look even better in real life. Thank you, Sven!

The flat was perfect for us. The host was very helpful and we were able to collect the keys easily. We were only there overnight so didn’t make use of all the facilities in the kitchen, but we found the apartment clean, thoughtfully equipped, and both the double bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The shower was good too, and there’s a TV in each room. The kids also loved the garden - it’s just a shame we weren’t there for longer to make use of everything.

I understood there to be parking on the surrounding roads but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, which made it difficult to unload all our stuff, especially with the kids in tow. However the host has an agreement with a nearby hotel and so made arrangements for us to park there. It wasn’t a major issue but just a bit annoying as my husband had to take the car and then go and collect it again to reload the car the next day.

We liked the fact that the flat was clean and the distance from the beach was very close (walking distance).

The Wi-Fi was not working and the cot bed we requested was not functional.

Massive room and garden

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Other than that everything was amazing.
