Welcome pack was appreciated. Shower gel and shampoo too. Nice lounge area but sofa not big enough if there are 6 adults staying

Location wasn’t good Heating system needs looking at. Extremely cold. Needs a written welcome pack ie; what to do in the event of fire. Needs a good clean especially on the glass staircase. We found a chicken bone on the floor by the bedside cabinet. It was disposed of. Lift constantly breaking down. No number to ring when it does The building stinks of whacky backy All clean and tidy on leaving and rubbish removed Approached by the police on leaving.
