"Gem of a villa that has everything!"

Everything was incredible. The villa is exactly as it's pictured, possibly even more beautiful. The views are stunning. Everything we could have needed was provided (towels, bedding, basic cooking items like salt and oil, you name it), it really was a home away from home. The location is also fantastic, about 5 minutes walk into the old town with some great bars and restaurants, and not a steep climb but up. Patricia and Carlos were extremely helpful and communicative, and we even had the pleasure of meeting Carlos' lovely little dog, Marsha!

We loved everything! My only addition would be a milk frother/warmer, as I like making my own lattes, and having the pod coffee machine for espresso was fantastic.

"Beautiful cliffside stay with amazing ocean view, private beach, and a perfect location in Funchal"

Excellent stay in Funchal. The location was perfect — close enough to walk everywhere in the city while still feeling private and relaxing on the cliffside. The views were amazing, especially from the pool and outdoor areas. The infinity pool was very nice. The place itself had a very modern luxury feel and was extremely well maintained. We also loved the grilling setup and outdoor space. One of the highlights was the private access to the stone beach and the walk along the cliff wall down to the ocean — a great spot to relax and take everything in. The host was incredibly helpful throughout the trip. We had issues with a tour booked through another company, and the host stepped in to help even though it had nothing to do with the property. That level of care really stood out. Would absolutely stay here again. Great for both a romantic trip or a family stay.

"Loved our two weeks at this beautiful house."

This is just a beautiful house in a beautiful setting/views and great location. Can't fully describe the wonder of the ocean view everyday from all the rooms. Just a bit outside the busy area but highly walkable to many restaurants and main marina, perfect location for us. We were two couples traveling and lots of places within the house to be together or seperate. Wonderful pool area.

Not much, the SMEG appliances were a bit of a challenge, maybe better instructions for those not familiar with the "mode" symbols.
