GBThe hotel was perfect, high standard all round. customer service was unreal, never had a better experience in my life. I left a very small and expensive item by mistake, contacted the hotel a couple days later. Turns out the cleaner found it, and they arranged a courier to collect it and get it back to me in the UK. Not only is this hotel in a great spot, with a vibrant, great looking room and amazing view of the lake - but it was also one of the more affordable choices in the area. This also shows you can trust the staff on duty. I will be returning for sure if I ever come back to this part of Italy.

CHThe room and also the lobby were very nicely furnished and seemed quite clean, the view over a cute little harbor, the lake and the main road was amazing
The bathroom felt a bit like a cave (rough walls and no windows) and the self check-in „totem“ was a bit hard to navigate and checking in took almost 10 minutes
AECHCHThe location is perfect, right in the center of Intra. The rooms are modern and the bathrooms spacious. The individual box for the parking was very useful. The staff (almost none present) was nice.
The room was cold and we had to ask for another blanket - its clearly not a good place to visit in wintertime.
