Brak ostrego noża. W szafkach rzeczy po poprzednich lokatorach lub właścicielach. Obskurny blok.

"Zadar ist eine tolle, vielfälltige Stadt mit noch mehr Möglichkeiten seine Freizeit zu verbringen."

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Alles ist bequem Fußläufig erreichbar: Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei, Imbiss und Cafes. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen. Parkt man einige Querstraßen weiter- umgeht man die Parkplatzgebühren.

Ersteinmal die mangelnde Sauberkeit ( Wasserflecken im Badschrank, Staub und Haare) verklebte Schubladen. Fettige und schmierige Küchenfronten. Ein Sammelsurium an Reinigungsmitteln, Hygieneartikeln in Bad und Küche. Abgelaufene Sachen im Kühlschrank. Ein Abstellmöglichkeit von Shampoo und Co in der Dusche wäre toll. Kaum Platz, in den vorhandenen Schränken seine Sachen unterzubringen, da alles vollgestellt war mit vielen Decken und Staubsauger. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon haben gefehlt - insgesamt ist alles halt in die Jahre gekommen.

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji,blisko sklepy i piekarnia . W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego trzeba a z właścicielką super kontakt Ładna plaża w pobliżu .

"I recommend this place - good price, good location and comfortable flat"

The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Is located close to the old town and to commercial center. The area is quiet at night and safe for walking.

The building is old and the entrance doesn't look very nice, but wasn't a big issue for us.
