The entrance is at the back of eateries with fleet of steps which caused some issues for us to bring up the luggages and very tough for our elderly parents . My sister finger was cut by the door of the toilet . The water pressure was very bad in one of the bath rooms and the water heater doesn’t really give warm water . There is no live TV and no washing machine. The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. The pillow were too thin and not comfortable.
