"Great budget long term stay in Modesto"

"Not good, not sat"

There was no breakfast.

The bad squeaked No hand towels in bathroom No tissue dispenser no luggage rack Only one little soap to bathe with and wash your hands with, no coffee pot if I can is provided there should’ve been at least a couple plates, glassware utensils, dishwashing liquid. We can’t just pull that out of our luggage.

it was very clean

My company booked the room and sent an email that Steve Thinger would be checking in. Upon arrival they would not let him check in as the company mananger booked the room. We then had to zell him money. he let me know the rooms were clean but htere was no amenties. No coffee, no breakfast, no poool or hottub.

I stayed in a handicap accessible room and it was perfect. The beds were lower, the room had plenty of room. It was clean and all around a good choice to stay.

No ice machine. Although, they have full size refrigerator and ice trays in the room. Along with a two burner stove top.
