Nothing worse hotel I've stayed at. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. After checking in and waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally placed in a room. While I was undressed, the same staff member who checked me in suddenly opened the door without knocking. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional — especially since they admitted they had simply "forgotten." I expected more respect for my privacy and basic courtesy from the staff.
