"Ideal place to stay for a true Miami Beach experience"

We arrived south beach in the morning while our check in time was at 4pm. The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier without having to incur any extra fee. This is the best location for Miami Beach experience with plenty of options for activities, including beach volleyball, cycling (longest boardwalk spanning south-, mid-, and north-beach), pier experience, relaxing on beach, and plenty of dining options.

Had to park car a bit further from the location, but was not an issue as the weather was fantastic.

apt 506 was great, well cleaned and in good shape. pretty quiet f living at ocean dr. and short ways to where ever you want @ Miami Beach. even enough towels for a longer stay. kitchen was clean but not used by us. communication via booking was also pretty friendly and fast aswell. can’t sign the bad comments about animals or sth in the room. all the best

"Checked in Thursday and toilet didn’t work until Saturday night!!"

The place was clean and location was nice .

I checked in Thursday , and the toilet didn’t work! I called and sent a message as soon as I noticed . They kept saying that they would / did send someone . The toilet was never fixed until Saturday night!! This became a health issue! We even tried plunging the toilet on our own . No success!! Eventually we had to use the restroom we ate at bathroom. Now I’m being charged my security deposit for putting toilet paper in the toilet!! I was here to celebrate a 25th birthday, but we made the best out of of bad situation. However I don’t feel like they should keep my deposit when I was told I would be returned 20% for my inconvenience.
