GBGBThe location was fine
When we walked into the property the house smelled damp. The plughole in the downstairs shower is blocked and the water won't drain. Open packets of food was left in the kitchen. Furniture, especially leather chairs are old and tired. Crockery was dirty and had to be washed before it could be used. Luckily we were out of the property for most of the day and evening but the property is in dire need of a refurb and clean.
GBLocation was excellent. Accommodation was superb.
GBGreat location. Worked well for us as we were travelling with our dogs.
Needs a bit if TLC. Would have been better if there had been a fence round the front garden for the dogs.
GBAn excellent location for all amenities and to travel to nearby tourist destinations. Stunning views of the sea. Very comfortable beds which were very much needed are full days out and about.
I would have liked a hand rail on the steps in the garden but that's all.

Whilst comfortable, the house is a little scruffy, no hand towels, no kitchen cloths and no oven gloves. Basic stuff really.

Downstairs bedroom cramped and smelt damp. Poor decor and furniture in living area, except for dining suite which was fine. First impressions of property poor as access was via the entrance in a cul de sac consisting of poorly maintained homes and outside areas of all the properties in the road.this

Arrived to a dirty fridge with half used drinks in it, which we left on top of the fridge. Repairs to blinds & flooring in Conservatory needed plus the two chairs were shabby.
GBGreat location with amazing views. Loved having BBC iPlayer being from Canada.
It was in poor condition. Could not open windows. I had to fix curtain rod that fell off the wall. It was also quite dirty including feces stains in one toilet we had to clean, stains of dripped wine on the floor we cleaned up and most of the dishes had to be cleaned before using.
GBParking on site - Beach view - large open rooms and well equipped Kitchen. Plenty of hot water.
First floor toilet needs more power in the flush.
