The Check in was one houer erlier without any payment.

Moths were flying around the rooms, and there were cockroaches present. The house had a musty smell and was poorly ventilated. The curtains only covered about two-thirds of the windows, so it was not possible to properly darken the rooms at night. The drains were not functioning properly. The air conditioning was very noisy and disturbing during the night. The terrace was not clean.

The couches are very well loved. Definitely not 4 bedroom. One side room with curtain with a futon and a pop out day bed. A big pev of mine is when a house says sleeps 8 for example but has 4 coffee mugs or 2 wine glasses.

We rented this house for friends who came to visit and explore Miami. It’s a beautiful and cozy home! Everything was convenient, clean, and spacious. The location is just perfect — a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the beach, airport, and main attractions. Our friends were thrilled and loved absolutely everything. The host was always in touch, responded quickly, and gave helpful tips. We can definitely recommend this place for a great stay! The location is ideal — quiet and safe, just a few minutes from the airport, beach, cruise port, and main attractions. A nice bonus was the free private parking and the option to rent a car. The host was very friendly and answered any questions promptly, providing useful information about the area. We felt right at home and will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this property to everyone.
