I was unable to obtain the key and access the apartment. I arrived at the specified address using Google Maps. The key box was broken and empty. I sent photos of the broken key box to the host by email and via Viber (as Viber was one of the communication channels with the host, and I was redirected from Booking.com), and tried to call. The host did not respond and did not provide any explanation, even after three days. This was a very negative experience. I lost money, was unable to access the apartment, and experienced stress and additional expenses.
