"Very relaxing - a real home from home ."

A cosy flat in a grand old building next to very pretty gardens and a short walk to the seafront as well as shops and restaurants . The lift was a must for us .

The street parking is rather pricey - £15 a day to secure a place between 9 am til 8 pm in nearby streets is a bit much tbh .

"Hübsche kleine Wohnung über den Dächern Brightons"

Die Lage in einem denkmalgeschützten Ensemble an Häusern mit einem kleinen Park davor um den sich die Menschen rührend kümmern. Nähe zum Meer, Busse und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Einrichtung designermäßig, sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt sehr positiv, dass es sich hier um ein family run business handelt. Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war freundlich, Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet.

"Very Good"

Location was good

The sea view could only be enjoyed from a tiny terrace which you could only access by climbing through the living room window. The light switch in the front room didn’t work. I told the owner. No reaction. The radiator in the bedroom didn’t work. On the third day, the owner dropped off a heater. The flat looks great but things should be fixed straight away otherwise it is not comfortable

Such a lovely apartment with a great view from the balcony and lovely furnishings, great, clean modern interior and a comfy bed! Also providing tea bags and milk was a great touch.

The kettle had lots of limescale in it so didn’t use it.

"A nice gem, close to buzzing Brighton downtown and famous sights, far enough to be very peaceful."

Very nice, well equipped apartment, in a wonderful neighborhood. Overseeing a lovely park and the seafront from the very sweet balcony. Along the access to the balcony is worth experiencing. Busses leave almost from the doorstep of the house, plenty of restaurants and shops very close, still nice and quiet. Katherine was very welcoming and accommodating, many thanks.
