Presque tout! L’emplacement trop bien. On est dans la montagne, il y fait un peu plus frais que sur la côte. On est y bien. Il y a des petits singes hurleurs. C’est trop bien. Chaque balcon ont un hamac vu sur la jungle. Le resort est tout simplement trop beau, il y a des points de vues dans les arbres et la glissade d’eau est trop le fun, même adulte. La plage privée est magique.Les petits dej sont délicieux. Le service impeccable. C’est super propre et le wifi fonctionne partout. Vraiment super séjour

Il y avait des camps de jours durant la journée autour de la piscine. Les enfants étaient super content, mais imaginer une quarantaine d’enfants qui hurlent et qui court partout autour de la piscine. C’est 0 reposant. De plus, ils avait pris toutes les chaises longues donc il n’y avait plus moyens de s’étendre. Pour ce prix là c’est un peu décevant de pas pouvoir pleinement profiter de la piscine. Peut être mieux les encadrer: genre pas le droit de courir autour de la piscine, pas le droit de pousser les adultes pour passer (lol… oui oui… c est arrivé ) pas prendre les chaises longues. Ou faire une autre piscine adulte only. Bref, mis à part ça. C était vraiment super, mais au bout de 3h de hurlement c’est un peu chiant

A beautiful resort with friendly, helpful staff. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had while on holiday.

This isn’t specific to this hotel, but I travel alot and there are ever only fat sleeping pillows. I often sleep without a pillow because they’re too big, my husband too. For nicer places, having an option for a thinner pillow would go a long way. This is literally everywhere we stay, so not specific to you.

This is the second time we've stayed at Treecasa with our kids and we were very happy to come back. It's an excellent hotel, well run, very friendly and attentive staff, and the main pool area is a great place to hang out. Music,.drinks,.waterfall jumping.... fun!

It's minor but we preferred an a la carte breakfast to the buffet. And please get that glorious top pool working!! 11am-4pm is too restrictive and there's no atmosphere. If you could get some drinks up by the pool at sundowners it would be awesome. Next year we hope!

Genial, lindo diseño, el ambiente y la vibra. Tienen una playa privada que te llevan y esperan. La comida es excelente y variada y el personal es super amable

This is one of the nicest Hotels that I have ever stayed in. There are two pool areas, one that is located by the restaurant that is actually two pools in one with a waterfall and a slide, the second pool that overlooks the Ocean is even larger. The accommodation is super private and laid out very nice with a private deck with Hammock. Staff at the Hotel were great and very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with our stay, and we ate at the restaurant two evenings. Both the food and service was amazing. There is wildlife all over the property, we saw Monkeys, Iguanas, Squirrels, Turtles, an Anteater, and many Birds.

There is not one thing that disappoints at this Hotel. If I could have rated higher than 10, I would have.

Que el desayuno normalmente es buffet y esta vez no fue asi me parece que ese es un buen servicio no deberian perderlo
