The location is really nice, it's on a hill above Tropea and you can see the city centre and the ocean, and even watch the sunset from there. There are also two pools and some grass. The place is a complex of houses and we had an apartment in one of them. You can walk from the place to the city and even to the beach, if you don't mind a bit of a steep walk. To the beach takes you about 15 minutes if you're a fast walker. The hosts were friendly and helpful and because the place is initially a bit hard to find they sent us detailed videos of how to get there.

The entire place (meaning the complex) looked a bit messy. There are barbecues everywhere, as well as barbecue and garden gear. There is also a fair amount of wood laying around, as well other gear for clothes and etc. The place takes in a lot of families for more extended periods of time apparently, so during our time there it never looked tidy. Our apartment was also not very clean. The bathroom was spotless, but the kitchen was very dirty underneath the counter and the sofa also looked and felt dirty, avoided sitting on it. Same for the kitchen table and chairs. They should replace the couch and chairs and also some of the cooking utensils. We didn't use the frying pans or pots, but they looked like they hadn't been properly washed in years. The decor is also purely utilitarian, it doesn't look like a place you want to stay in.

Della struttura ho apprezzato moltissimo la pulizia e la modernità,è compresa so ogni confort come se fossi a casa tua! abbiamo apprezzato sopratutto la disponibilità e La gentilezza del proprietario!

Das Apartment war modern und schön eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus, was auch gleichzeitig der Eingang war, hatte man eine schöne Sicht auf Tropea und das Meer. Der Eigentümer war im Vorfeld sehr hilfreich und hat uns einige hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Unter Anderem ein Lageplan, Fotos der Unterkunft und eine ausführliche Videobeschreibung, wie wir die Apartments finden. Zu Fuß konnte man alles erreichen, Stadt und das Meer, sowie einige kleine Supermärkte. Für 4 Personen war die Größe des Apartments ausreichend (mit 2 kleinen Kindern) ansonsten etwas klein. Zu Apartments konnten wir 2 Pools nutzen. Dies haben wir gerne genutzt.

Der Aufstieg zu Fuß zu den Apartments war etwas anstrengend. Abends war auf dem Weg keine Beleuchtung, da musste man sich mit Handytaschenlampe aushelfen. In der Dusche war keine Ablage für Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Es gab keine Waschmaschine im Apartment. Es gab die Möglichkeit die Waschmaschinen in der Garage mit den anderen Bewohnern zu nutzen.

Les installations extérieures étaient bien, agréable et propres. Propriétaire serviable. Il nous a offert de venir nous chercher à la terminale, puis est également aller nous y laisser sans frais supplémentaires. Beaux couchés de soleil.

Malheureusement, l’espace est beaucoup trop petit pour une famille de 4. L’air climatisé ne se rend pas dans la chambre à coucher, puis dans le salon ça devient trop froid. Endroit difficile d’accès si vous n’êtes pas en voiture. La pente est très à pique pour monter avec les bagages ou même pour faire des allées et venues au village ou à la plage. Pas de couvertures fournies uniquement un couvre matelas et un drap. Matelas trop ferme.

Moderne und sehr gepflegte Anlage! Die Lage und Aussicht über Tropea sind auch ein Traum. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber Christian war vorbildlich von der ersten Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung alles top! gerne wieder

schöne Appartements, sehr netter Vermieter, schöne Pools und eine unglaublich tolle Aussicht über Tropea. 😊
