Das Royal Senchi ist ein sehr schönes, am Volta- Fluß gelegenes Resort. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und elegant eingerichtet

Leider bräuchte das Personal dringend Kontrolle. Die Damen und Herren vom Restaurant waren unglaublich langsam, uninteressiert und nicht sehr höflich. Lediglich an der kleinen Bar am Fluß waren sie sehr zuvorkommend und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Very serene and secluded

The beds were notvas comfortable as I would expect for schoten of that standard. Also, the hotel should consider providing shuttles to the neighbouring areas ie bridgeview etc. they should also offer options to visit the akosombo dam. I found out about the dam, the night before my departure date so it was too late.

Excellent customer service

The location

Our room was not cleaned properly, it was smelly. We changed rooms and there were plumbing issues, hot water not working properly. Smelly issues because of the plumbing problem. We changed room again.

View was excellent and the beautification

Food wasn’t to the best of satisfaction

Waiter service for meals was good.

Reception staff are unfriendly and uninterested. They create a barrier on first coming, by saying check in is not at 3pm after all, but 'after 3 pm' which is super unhelpful. Nevertheless there was not much delay in checking in. They refuse to let my car be parked briefly in the road near the room, which was very far from reception, because those parking spaces are reserved for the 'presidential suite' and they are concerned about guests leaving without paying. This is very undignified.
