المكان نظيف والطاقم متعاون .

حصلت عندي حالة وفاة ثاني يوم اقامتي في الفندق وكنت حاجز لمدة 3 ايام وطلبت منهم إرجاع المبلغ المتبقي لليومين المتبقيه وكان فيه موظف مصري ورفض إرجاع المبلغ .

Location and cleanliness

All fridges were not working well which effected on our meducations tvat we had to carry with us. Also, the bedsheet in one of our bedrooms was very old and worn out! Ut needed replacement.
