"Rooms were good.."

The room was excellent, but there are few things I would like to mention.. like there was no telephone in the room, it was hotel apartment but there was no microwave and cutlery in the kitchen.. it was confirmed to us that the apartment will have balcony as requested by us but the staff said there's no room with balcony.. so they should not have confirmed that our request is fulfilled.. also one suggestion.. the property should offer breakfast and should have a restaurant.
