The water turned off. No shower, toilet or sink were available until 1 hour before check out time.

I stayed for 1 night before (in a villa) and I was amazed so decided to return for a longer period, to my utter disappointment. However, I like the location and the big garden and the pool.

Not clean upon arrival - dirty WC, dirty under the sink and in the corners. Indeed, the pillows have black stains from humidity (just take off the pillow cases and you’ll see). There are no windows (no glass) so you have to keep the wooden shutters closed all the time if you want to use AC. Plenty of spiders in the room, as they chase mosquitoes that enter easily through the huge ventilation holes in the bathroom ( Mosquito nets exist, you know?) We had to go and ask for cleaning every day otherwise even the trash was not taken out - ??? Locks are so insecure that we were afraid to leave our stuff in the room. On the last night I was awakened at 6:50am by drunk neighbours who nearly broke my door. I assume there are no cameras to provide security. Overall, not happy with the stay. PS beware of the construction nearby - not noisy atm but can be anytime.

Dokonaliśmy rezerwacji na błędny termin (styczeń zamiast grudnia) - nasza pomyłka. Przyjechaliśmy do obiektu w grudniu, zostaliśmy zakwaterowani, ale obiekt miał wolne miejsce tylko na jedną noc zamiast dwóch. Poprosiliśmy o pomoc w przebukowaniu rezerwacji przez system Booking.com, co wymagało jedynie potwierdzenia zmiany terminu przez gospodarza. Rezerwacja była opłacona i bezzwrotna, więc zmiana terminu byłaby najlepszym rozwiązaniem dla obu stron. Niestety, obsługa naciskała na dokonanie nowej, dodatkowej rezerwacji zamiast pomóc w zmianie terminu istniejącej. Ostatecznie musieliśmy zarezerwować i opłacić dodatkową noc. Po wyjeździe wielokrotnie próbowałem skontaktować się z obiektem w sprawie zwrotu kosztów za niewykorzystaną rezerwację styczniową - wysyłałem wiadomości przez Booking.com, e-maile, próbowałem różnych sposobów kontaktu. Do dziś nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Rozumiem, że pomyłka była po naszej stronie, ale całkowity brak komunikacji i chęci pomocy w rozwiązaniu sytuacji jest niedopuszczalny. Czuję się potraktowany nierzetelnie.
