La chambre mal agencée avec un canapé prenant trop de place ! La propreté laisse à désirer avec des odeurs dans la salle de bain ! Invasion de mouches rendant impossible la prise du petit déjeuner dehors !

Perhaps the restaurant facilities could be improved

Lovely well presented rooms. Ours with personal hot springs tub excellent. Usual simple but adequate breakfast. Helpful staff with limited English. Large hot springs pool. Very good guide for Mt Batur trek organised by hotel

Massive amounts of flies. No restaurants close requiring long walk down muddy rocky access road or drive down to village centre. Terrible unpaved access road

Awesome hot swimming pool. Very kind and attentive staff. Rooms are ok for the price paid. Breakfast is simple and ok for the price and level of accommodation.

Towels are perfumed very heavily but its not a big issue.

The place is very nice. Very well located with a magnificent view on the mountain. We loved the hot spring pool.

The management is not good. The waitress who served us breakfast (very average) was a zombie. Her clothes were stained, and she didn't say hello or smile. The sheets were stained. It's not the hotel's fault, of course, but the night was noisy. It seems that the road that passes next to the hotel is the access road for climbing the volcano. As a result, a lot of noisy vehicles pass by.
