"Good value, but sketchy area"

Price was good. Good customer service.

Neighborhood was sketchy. Pull out bed couch mattress was very dirty. The ice/water dispenser was dirty.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house fit all of our needs, it was very clean and modern. Location was also good, close to shopping and downtown attractions.
