Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID (passport or driving license) and front of card used to book within 72 hours of booking, otherwise the booking will be canceled. Check in will not be permitted unless these documents have been provided. For last minute bookings or those booking made within 72 hours of check-in, photo ID/front of card must be sent by noon on the day of arrival. This can be sent via booking.com, our guest management system DUVE or by email/WhatsApp. The minimum guest age is 25 years old. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult who is 25 years or above. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to use the property. Any additional guests will be charged for and may result in the loss of security deposit. No parties/loud music or anti social behavior allowed. Late check out/early check in can be requested at a charge of £20 per hour. This is granted at the discretion of the property and subject to availability. Please note guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID and front of credit card after booking. Please note that this property operates a strict no smoking policy. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the hotel at least in advance of arrival. Late check-out can also be requested at an extra cost per hour. Only the booked number of guests are permitted to stay at the property. Please note, lost or damaged keys will be subject to an additional fee of GBP 100.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
