Super Lage, hervorragende Ausstattung

Ein sehr schöne, helle und moderne Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren 8 Nächte vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und extrem sauber. Der Balkon hat nur am frühen Vormittag Sonne und lässt sich daher auch in den warmen Stunden sehr gut nutzen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr warm (37Grad) aber in der Wohnung ist es durch die Verdunkelung und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage stets angenehm gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht die Innenstadt in 2 Gehminuten. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist eine Gehminute entfernt, Bäckereien 5 bis 10 Minuten. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist großzügig bemessen und man erreicht die Wohnung von dort bequem mit dem Aufzug. Das Haus ist neu und die Bewohner nett und sehr ruhig. Auf dem Balkon ist es tagsüber sehr laut, da die Straße direkt daran vorbei geht, das ist für die zentrale Lage aber auch nicht anders zu erwarten. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man von draußen so gut wie nichts. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt verschiedene Kopfkissen. Wir erhielten vor der Anreise ein ausführliches Video sowie eine detaillierte Anleitung in Textform, daher haben wir vor Ort alles sehr leicht und schnell gefunden. Bei Ankunft haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Kleine Snacks, Obst, Getränke und Kaffeekapseln standen bereit, so dass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen sie uneingeschränkt. Vielen Dank an Nicholas für die tolle Beherbergung.

Everything was perfect! Starting with communication. We received detailed instructions as well as a video recording of how to park the car in the garage and how to enter the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location, in the very center of Arco. Everything is new inside. The kitchen is well equipped, and has absolutely everything you need. The living room has a big window, with access to a large balcony with a beautiful view of Arco Castle. We especially liked the very comfortable bed. Snacks, water, fruit and sweets were also waiting for us. The whole place was perfectly clean and very comfortable. It was a real pleasure to spend time in Nicholas' apartment. We are very happy with our decision to stay in Arco and in this convenient apartment. We arrived late and hungry, and we found some fruit snacks and wine waiting for us. The host was very friendly and gave us clear instructions on how to check in. It's unbelievable how this modern apartment, with its big and convenient parking, can be just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful old town. Also, right around the corner is a fairly large grocery store. The apartment is very cozy, with an exceptional view from the terrace. In the apartment, we found a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the equipment needed for making our own food. What is very important to us is that the sheets and towels were of very high quality, and we also found extra towels for changing. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, with options of memory foam or simple. Overall, if we return, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

The property is perfectly situated on the edge of the old town with easy access to the shops and park. It was clean, had everything we needed and is luxurious. The host was easy to contact and very kind. 10/10
