They'll try to charge you more money and send you photos of broken glasses even though you didn't break anything, for an additional €100! It's shameful to do this to travelers who take care of places. Pay close attention and record videos of every moment before and after.

location was ok

Absolutely disgusting apartment. I have never been in such a dirty place. Hair, dust, sticky doors, damaged walls, terrible smell from drainage mixed with cigarette smoke, outworn beds (all of them) and couch as well. Top of that you need to scan all personal documents before check in, otherwise they wont let you in.

Dassofa war bei Anreise defekt, das wurde am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt, es konnte nicht als Bett genutzt werden, vor allem kgab es keine Bezüge. Aus der Dusche roch es nach KLoake, es gab kein WLAN und der Fernseher funktionierten nicht

The couch was broken so it was difficult to sleep on it. The wifi didn’t really work and nobody helps us with it. And the toilet door handle was broken too.
