Location and easy to check in/check out. Washing machine and microwave provided. Quite nice apartment.

Toilet a bit smelly. Futon mattress for 3rd person is too thin. Should change a thicker folded mattress.

It's 80% complete, some noise from the drilling work during day and noise from approach landing aircraft in the evening

Very good location. Sea view. Unit is very new and clean. Simple but all necessities are provided especially the water dispenser. We like the unit's door lock system - no need to carry keys all the time, just use passcode. Easy to check-in (unlike some other serviced apartments which give many instructions & direction from parking to collecting keys and finding the unit). Host is polite and replies messages promptly. Host is very thoughtful for preparing a green manual file. It has all details about wifi passwords, emergency contact no., instructions on how to use some of the things in the unit - so don't be lazy to flip through, it just takes 3-4 minutes. No need to bug the host every now and then asking for passwords and swimming pool etc.

We understand it's a new place so we do expect to see some work still in progress (for e.g. parking entry system, not all lifts fully function, some construction work going on) but that didn't affect us much though.

when I wake up in the morning, I open the balcony and see a beautiful view.. a very beautiful view
