The property was clean and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped.

The bathroom lock was broken. The outdoor furniture was beyond useable. It was raining during my stay so I didn't sit outside otherwise that's definitely needs replacing. Single beds were quite small. Im 5ft 7 and barely fit in it. My 2 friends were 6 ft and really struggled. I think its worth mentioning in the advert so people know what they are expecting.

"Fabulous caravan, a short stroll from the promenade."

Caravan was presented really nicely and was very clean. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The outdoor seating area is lovely when the suns shining. Good communication with the owner too. Spot on. Will definitely return.

Caravan was lovely with all U needed in the van from air fryer to to big TV .. only thing missing was toilet rolls ...comfy bed dog friendly caravan

Went to go into the on site club and was asked to pay per person price to use the facility a price of £18.50 per person for the weekend.we had a dog 🐕 with us at the time in the foyeh so I said ok no problem and the young girl on the desk took my payment I said thanks and praceided to go in the club and the girl said sorry sir no dogs aloud in the club U can use the outside area only thick as pig shit comes to mind perthetic so then had to get a refund from her and wait 4 days to get my money back so we used the nice pub across the road in stead all weekend rant over

the area and rums are spacious.owner is very nice and answers my queries promptly.

couch was full of dog's hairs and quite dog smell in the caravan but overall everything is all goods
