The special little touches and spoils!

The Breakfast itself was fair, but the service was soooooo slow, even though the staff were very friendly. The breakfast menu was good but the buffet section with pasteries etc was very underwhelming. I enjoyed the grounds and the gardens.

Our shower had a grey plastic cleaning bucket in it???? Why? They used bathmats for bedside carpets. Really? Not a box of tissues to be found. Definitely not a 5* experience. Avoid Room 3 at all costs.

Lovely, well appointed hotel in the centre of Robertson. We had a room in the main hotel building next to the kitchen and we were warned it could be noisy but actually it was fine. The room was described as small, but in fact it was enormous. Staff were lovely, very helpful and our car was even washed before we departed. We elected to eat in the restaurant and the food was excellent with a nice atmosphere as it seemed that most people opted to eat in.

Beautiful property, a little oasis in Robertson. Rooms well appointed and very comfortable. Great spa treatments. Cute bar and nice restaurant.

Food good rather than exceptional.
