The staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel itself beautiful and magnificent gardens Beautiful lap pool. Bar very authentic. They go the extra mile for their clients. Loved everything

"Not what it used to be!"

This once beautiful boutique hotel which we have stayed at a few times in the past has been refreshed and restyled in a tacky way - the new additions -paint colors, new bathroom wall tiles ,’-art’ are awful -it is very expensive now for what’s on offer- we were the sole guests at the hotel during our stay - yet the pool Which was directly outside our room was cleaned early in the morning while we were getting dressed so we had to close our shutters - could have waited till we went for breakfast ? I was disappointed.

"A really special gem in Robertson, that is quite unique."

Excellent meals at the restaurant. Great room - I think we may have been upgraded. The heated bathroom floor was a treat for cooler weather. Very pleasant and helpful people throughout. Was so impressed, they washed our car in the morning without being asked to! Nice touch as it had gotten dusty / full of bugs en route.

"A very relaxing stay"

The ambience was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good as was the dinner. The selection of wines was very good. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable 3 nights.

Maybe a more varied selection of beers and those which they had could have been colder.
