The apartment is big, location is good and the AC very useful when hot outside.

Complicate to get the key. You have to drive to another location in the city to pick it up and we arrived late, so not fun at all. Regarding the free parking in front of the building, I had kind of “communication” let’s say which drove me crazy. They weren’t able to tell me if it’s ok to let the car there during the week days. I’ve got the same robotic answer5 times: “I confirm that is a free parking in front of the building” 🤬. Well, for 60 min or…? Don’t think that was the owner, but an administration company or so. I hope I’ll never meet them again.

"Un apartamento recomendable para disfrutar de Ferrara."

La ubicación y el apartamento muy nuevo todo y cuidado. Llegaban andando al centro dando un paseo. Bastante limpio y las habitaciones grandes, la ropa de cama impecable, suficiente y todo bastante nuevo. Detalles para hacer la estancia muy cómoda, nos atendieron muy bien.

Por pedir algo, una tostadora y unos colgadores en el baño para toallas.

Nice apartment. Location nearby the city centre(at walking distance). Private underground parking lot(good for a city car).

During the check-in at apartment I have noticed 1 roller stuck in the living room, and the TV remote controller wasn't working. I sent a message to the manager, but in 7 days, there was no action at all.
