I have faced the most unprofessional behaviour from the property. I have had my bookings confirmed by the app where it was pay at the property and randomly when I called the property 1hr before arrival, they said that the booking was not confirmed as there was no call confirmation from their side and they had given the rooms I booked to someone else instead. I had not received any call confirmation from them nor any msg. This is atrocious!! If the Booking was not confirmed then why would it show on the app and moreover they kept sending me other absolutely shitty apartment options and I had to face many issues finding a different place to stay! This is the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever faced while any trip to anywhere! Absolutely ridiculous!!
INThere are several places to sleep so, a large group of 7 people can stay here. Location is close to the palace and other popular sights like the zoo.
They need to pay attention to the cleanliness and hygiene, pretty sure the linens were not fresh and the room was pretty dusty. The western bathroom is in an odd shaped room, probably a later addition or afterthought and is not very well ventilated. The property only has stairs and they are quite steep and cumbersome so not ideal for elderly people or families.
