Blue Charm - Campolide Apartments

It was very clean and good value for money.

We rented the apartment for 5 persons, it was prepared only for 4 persons. We came late at night and informed the staff about the lack of bed linen for one person. They immediately responded and assured we will get the linens ASAP. That took 2 hours and I got them at 1.30 am. Everything would be ok, if the apartment would have been ready for 5 persons.

The host was communicative, handled the cancellation professionally, and agreed to a full refund. They also offered an alternative apartment across the street from the second night (which we declined).

The property did not match the photos or the description at all. It was advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment, but it had only 1 bedroom; the second bed was in the combined living room/kitchen. The appliances and equipment were very low quality. ​The biggest issue was the noise and vibrations. The walls were so thin that we could physically feel the neighbors walking while sitting on the sofa or bed. Furthermore, there is a train track (trains running every 3 minutes) and a skatepark right under the windows. The noise couldn't be blocked even with windows closed. ​Comment on the host's practices: While I appreciate the full refund, the host repeatedly pressured me to confirm a "no-show" status on Booking.com (claiming it was necessary for the refund). I refused, as this felt like a shady practice to prevent me from leaving an honest review. Booking.com refunded the money anyway. Good customer service regarding the refund, but the property presentation and "no-show" pressure are purely protective of their business, not the customer.

Jest czajnik, lodówka , czysta pościel .

Bardzo, bardzo głośno . Okna nie są wyciszone - a za oknem pociągi , skatepark i ruchliwa ulica. W budynku ściany jak z papieru - słyszeliśmy wszystko co działo się w sąsiednich mieszkaniach- tak jakby to było u nas, prawie całą noc . Niestety łazienka brzydko pachniała , nie przyjemnie.

The room was clean and close to the airport..the staff was quick to respond

The location was close to the airport, but you could hear the train sounds most of the night if you kept the window open..Also there were a few boys/men skating till 2am. The apartment did not have air conditioning and no fan was provided which is the least that could be provided to make the guests comfortable. Due to the noise outside we had to sleep in a closed stuff room.

La atención del personal no pudo ser mejor, realmente atentos y entregados, rápidos en responder y se esmeraban en ayudar y solucionar, transporte, lockers para maleta todo, muy encantadores un 10, apartamento acogedor.
