The Nest Downtown Dunedin NO KIDS, NO PETS

The house is old and the floors are not plumb. I fell in the bathroom and cut the area just over my eyebrow. I had to go to the ER for four stitches. I do not recommend this place for seniors or people with balance problems (like me). Good location, lovely front porch, well stocked kitchen.

The apartment was very updated, decor was rustic and modern, tastefully done. Everything we needed for our stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay again!

The unit was beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, great air conditioning. Staff was very helpful and responsive to questions. In the heart of Dunedin, great location.

Location is terrific. Nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment etc. Appreciate having a washer and dryer available.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t have my grandchildren come to visit.

Location and room were great. Close to everything and short walking distance from food/shopping. Easy parking and access to room.

Would like to have access to laundry.

The location was in the downtown Dunedin area and you could walk to everything in minutes. It was also nestled just far enough from the weekend music and bustle as to feel quiet and relaxing. Things calmed down by 10 pm and evening walks were a delightful end to the day. We didn’t hear the other guests from our very quaint 3rd floor unit. The owners responded very quickly when the humidity hindered the door from unlocking -just needed to be pushed in a bit. Also, took a one day watercolor class at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center. Loved the whole experience!

Not for tall people or people who might have difficulty with stairs. For us, the third floor was perfect.

Loved everything about the apartment. Furniture was comfortable, the kitchen Was well stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker. Awesome location, we never used our car all weekend.

The shower is a bit small. It would be helpful to have a handheld wand. Also, the door knob needs to be switched so that it locks from the inside for the bathroom.

We stayed in apartment G and it was a truly home Away from home experience. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with anything You might need to cook or bake Or Store leftovers. Everything was brand new and really pretty and clean. The sofa was comfortable and the TV worked well. The apartment was close to food and water and entertainment. The owners came or responded quickly when we needed them. The bathroom was well stocked and there was plenty of space for everything we needed to do.

There were 3 staircases in order to get into our apartment. That would definitely be something to consider if you took this apartment. The chairs were not that comfortable.
