The location is fantastic

As mentioned before just one bathroom for seven people was not ideal.

The property is stunning & well laid out.

One toilet

Location was great, regular contact for the owner. House was clean and bright.

No parking

A group of 8 of us booked the house for a girlie getaway. We were extremely impressed by the décor, cleanliness and spaciousness of the house. It has bags of character and is finished to a very high standard.

In an ideal world, we would have maybe had an extra toilet. Having said that the 8 of us managed without an extra one and the option of a bath or shower, in the bathroom, was a lovely surprise.

The aesthetics of the Airbnb were absolutely stunning! Every room you walked into you could see how much detail the host had thought about ! It was absolutely amazing and perfect ! They even had loads of board games and fresh towels on all the beds !

The house is beautiful and in a very convenient location for Chester center and the race course. No parking but we parked at saddlery way car park with horizon for 2 nights which was secure and very cheap. The host is lovely and so accommodating to any needs you have.

Only thing I can think of and it wasn’t really a problem but a parking spot would be an added bonus

The kitchen was not quite as well equipped as it could have been, especially for larger groups- though the host was kind enough to bring over spares which was appreciated! Another bathroom would be a big plus!

Cellar bedroom only has a single 3-pin socket, and the lighting is controlled by a switch at the top of the cellar stairs. If I wanted to charge my mobile overnight I had to do without room lighting and kept the kitchen lights on and doors open to allow indirect lighting into the bedroom. I'm not really sure if a single bathroom is enough for a 7-occupant property.

Perfect location for the race course (where we were going for Ladies Day) and also only a short walk into town.

- The place is nice but in need of some TLC, theres lots of cracks in the walls, dirty marks, etc. It just needs a little attention. - No freezer, just a small fridge. - The down stairs bedroom and bathroom smells of damp - There is only one bathroom, which was a slight issue for 8 women. - There aren't enough mugs / plates, etc for 8 people, some of us had to have a cup of tea in a plastic beaker, far from ideal. It was just little things like that which let the place down and would be so easy to remedy.
