The interior of the Guest House is beautiful. I liked the sea view and the fact that it is so close to everything.

The stairs are not a problem. It was however challenging to get all our luggage up the stairs as we have luggage for more than two weeks. But I suppose we have more luggage than other traveller's.

The cleanliness of the unit and the person providing us the key on arrival.

The unit was extremely cold. It is in the middle of winter in Cape Town and it was raining for a few days (which is not unusual for Cape Town). Please add a wall heater or two for comfort in the unit. With the cold rainy weather the towels were wet for the whole 3 days after our first shower. We did ask the host for new towels, however NO new/dry towels were brought to our unit. We used wet towels in the cold weather the whole trip.

Mainly the location and access to parking.

I stayed at this apartment and found it to be somewhat outdated, especially the kitchen utensils. The pans, in particular, had cracked non-stick surfaces, which made them unhygienic. It felt like the owner had just left behind items they no longer wanted, which wasn’t very appealing. There were numerous drawers filled with various items, such as cables, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, including the plants. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of heating, which was quite uncomfortable, especially during a visit outside of summer. The apartment was very cold during my stay. Additionally, the bed is not really spacious enough for two tall individuals to sleep comfortably. Overall, while the location and access to parking were convenient, the accommodation needs significant improvements to provide a better experience.

The view is amazing and great location

The picture on site with cute table and chairs to look out the window and enjoy breakfast lunch or dinner with the beautiful view is not what you get when you arrive. Instead they added computer roller chairs which is horrible and a huge random table. They should update the pictures as it’s misleading

Beautiful views of the ocean and perfect location for walks. Close to restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a bit cold. Perhaps an upgrade in bedding inners would help. Especially in the winter.

Fantastic views, superb location, easy walks on the promenade at any time, very good restaurants in walking distance.
