Very elegant, classy and well located! Luxurious apartment.

The cleaning was not in line with our expectations.

Clean, cozy, close to city center, silent. There is everything that you may need, in the flat.

This was the first time for me to use Vikey, so i hesitated to send my personal info before i arrive the flat.

House snd room doors must open by telephone app. At first it is not easy to use. Instruction must be better. Who have not used this kind system before cannot manage. In rooms were very low temperature.

The location was excellent and it had lovely furniture and the kitchen was well equipped. The washing machine worked well (but you need to google instructions so you can use it as we could not find a book). Fans in the bedroom helped (see negative comments below) with the heat. Note the street address is #5, apartment 15 (not written correctly for driver to understand). Taxi driver dropped us near to where #15 would be except it doesn't exist!

You CAN NOT stay here if you do not have access to the internet for your entire stay. Entry to the building and then the apartment is via an app, which you need to have available all the time to go in and out (although the apartment does have a key for the street door, but will not get you into the apartment). Make sure you register as per instructions (which were only sent in Italian - so use Google translate if you can't read it) BEFORE the day of arrival. We did ours the same afternoon & the host didn't 'authorise' our registration until an hour after we were sat out the front of the building unable to get in and unable to call, as he did not answer his phone. I used Booking.com messages to contact him and eventually he authorised us, so the code worked to get it. It was 9:45pm after a full day on the train from Munich and we were about to go to a hotel for the night! Although it says there is air-conditioning, it is only in the lounge area and not the main bedroom, as it is at the end of a long corridor around a courtyard. When we stayed it was 35-37 each day and the bedroom was stiflingly hot and made sleeping very difficult. Although we ran the aircon for 24/7 from the minute we got there until we left, the temp inside never went below 26/27 degrees. A small clothes airer would have helped with hanging washing to dry.

Great location, the apartment was very good, well equipped and spacious.

In general it was very clean and well organized. There are a couple of points that need improvement: a) Although the apartment was VERY clean, one of the pillow cases in the master bedroom had some old blood stains. It seemed washed, but the blood stains were still visible, thus it gave a bad impression. b) The master bedroom has no air-condition (it has two portable fans) which is uncomfortable during very hot days. c) The sofa bed when opened, forms two different beds (up-down levels), thus it is not suitable couples.

Amazing location, right in the heart of old town Bologna! Super comfy bed with excellent bedding. A quiet retreat. Well-stocked kitchen allowed for putting together simple dishes. Appreciated the espresso machine and pods! Large refrigerator and dishwasher. Friendly Italian host responded to communications.

Check-in was via an app requiring uploading of passport data and personal photos - a bit time consuming and electronic keys weren’t available until the day of check in. Air conditioning did not cool either the main apartment or the bedroom, making restful sleep challenging. 2 of 3 stovetop burners and none of the igniters worked so basic cooking only. After deciphering the washing machine controls, it worked fine but don’t expect the dryer function to adequately dry your clothes.

Incredibly charming apartment, unique staying for a much lower price than typically this apartment could ask. Daniel has been incredibly helpful answering all our questions within few minutes, highly recommended

The couch bed cannot be opened properly and not ideal if you’re planning on having 2 double beds.
