Location was excellent

4 long flight to room - 2nd floor! Not even a water glass in the room - we asked but didn’t receive in 3 days! 1/2 roll of toilet paper - tat was dropped off. Details to enter were not clear.

Posizione centralissima. stanza grande, pulita e silenziosa - non si interagisce con persone fisiche ma le informazioni e le risposte sono puntuali ed esaurienti

Mancanza di qualche confort (ascugacapelli, frigobar, possibilità di fare colazione) - istruzioni wifi da aggiornare

"A comfortable stay in a palazzo garret, in the historical centre"

A cute spacious room in a stunning palazzo, I enjoyed the interior design, the balcony, the perfect location, the aircon, the seamless check in. The bathroom was wonderful! The general ambience is ideal for Bologna, it's quiet and historical. (The art is also fantastic!)

Three things to make this an absolute 10: better (or more) pillows, a water glass and a fridge! Oh - and instructions on how to use the hot water would be useful, as it's not immediately apparent.
