Cosy Apartment In the City Centre

Perfect location and spacious, clean and sunny apartment right in the center of Tbilisi next to a pretty incredible number of historic sites. The staff was very responsive and was even OK with our late night check in which was very appreciated. Rooms and the apartment is as described. No complaints!

I highly recommend the place, the hostess is an incredible person. She is more than willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Everything was very clean and organized. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the fast working wifi (which has gotten rare these days) was a big PLUS! Thanks a lot! we are definitely coming back.

Beautiful place to crash after walking through Tbilisi all day. Wonderful neighbourhood, a great view, and close to many sights like gallery mall, National Opera and ballet theathre, historical castles, old city and more. Host made us feel very welcome and gave excellent recommendations for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

An incredible week in Tbilisi. Apartment is very well located in the heart of the historic city in a beautiful, newly built building. Not to mention the view from the apartment and the majestic Tbilisi national opera and ballet theater which is located within 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment and is so historic and beautiful! Thanks to our host for his welcome, for always being available and for lovely touches.

This place is unbeatable!! It’s perfect location right near everything and on the doorstep of Tbilisi City!! The apartment itself is beautiful and very clean and tidy and has everything you need and even a few additional extras which was lovely!! Great city views and really makes you feel in the heart of the city! Host is very helpful and guided us through every step of check in and the place itself. Would 100% recommend

This was easily one of the best bookings we have ever stayed. It's a cozy modern place with all the amenities (they even have a foldable cloth drying stand), very clean and located at one of the most hip and convenient places of Tbilisi. Check in was very smooth. Giorgi went above and beyond to help us with all our questions including transport/Sim card. Very fast WiFi, which was a blessing. Would definitely come back when we visit Tbilisi again. Thank you!

The apartment is very neat, bright, and has everything you need. It is located in the city center and at the same time isolated from noise. All compliments on communication. We'll definitely be guests here again. This is definitely the cleanest , comfiest and coziest apartment.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area in the city center and it was easy for us to get to all the places by foot. The place was really cozy and clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. The communication and service was great and we would definitely come back!

The location was superb. Very easy walking distance to many attractions, good restaurants, shops and nightlife. Building and apartment was modern and cozy. The 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom. Was super clean and stylish. It exceeded our expectations. Giorgi was friendly and very helpful. Communication with him was quick and easy.

Fantastic property, fantastic host. Next to parliament of Georgia and 5 minute walk from Liberty Square. 10/10
