The house is wonderful and offers luxury accommodation! Fully equipped kitchen with a big table, 6 double rooms (each with its own bathroom), spacious veranda with a big table and sofas, living room with a big table, swimming pool, enough space to park 3-4 cars and beautiful garden with flowers, playground and a small football field. Actually Casa do Rosmaninho offers more than the guests need, anything you may think of. Amazing place! Thank you!

The house was fantastic. All bedrooms had air conditioning and private bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possible need. The garden was huge and absolutely beautiful. We would love to come back!

We liked everything!

A fabulous week-long family stay. There were 12 of us for this stay. From booking to check-out the entire process was perfect. The house is very beautiful, very large and can easily accommodate an entire family or groups of friends. Each carefully decorated room has its own bathroom and toilet. Everyone has maximum comfort and privacy. A large living room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to share the pleasure of cooking as a family using local products and the barbecue. The swimming pool is also very large and has a diving board. Finally, the view offered by the veranda is incredible from sunrise to sunset. The house is located in a quiet area on the hill less than 10 minutes drive from the lovely village of Caminha. The village offers all the facilities and a nice market to buy fresh local products. The gardener, very nice and extremely discreet, came every day to take care of the garden and the pool and keept fruits and vegetables for us. The management of the house is excellent, reception and departure very well organized and Claudia who was our contact was responsive and attentive to the slightest need. In summary we had a great stay. We highly recommend.

A casa é fantástica. Muito bem decorada, provavelmente a cozinha melhor equipada que vi num alojamento (tanto para churrasco como cozinhar normal). Todos os quartos serem suítes é ótimo. O exterior é muito bonito e grande, e os gatos que por lá andam são amorosos. No verão deve ser ainda melhor.

A máquina de lavar louça não funcionou a 100% e num dos quartos notam-se umas pequenas manchas de humidade. Pequenos pormenores numa estadia ótima.

Una casa perfecta, decorada con muy buen gusto. El jardín no podía estar mejor y qué decir de la piscina, limpia y perfectamente ubicada para ser el centro del jardín. Las terrazas perfectamente equipadas: toldo, cristales de cerramiento, mobiliario... Las seis habitaciones, cada una de ellas con su estilo, limpias, con su baño y televisión. Una cocina enorme donde podíamos estar todo el grupo sin problemas y no podía estar mejor equipada.

Amazing property, lots of space and very well decorated. The house has everything you need (I honestly think it was the most complete kitchen I’ve ever used in a non-familiar house), and the outside closed area is great to have dinner without feeling cold. The staff we’ve contacted with was amazing!
