Host was very response on text, receptionist was expecting us when we got there and explained parking/building entry clearly. The flat was lovely and clean, lots of space, windows were open on arrival so it was all freshly aired out. Great location near train stations/bus links and the high street.
It was a little noisy overnight as close to the street and shops loading bay but nothing that you couldn't sleep through!

Good location, nice clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Rooms get a bit warm in summer but plenty of fans located throughout the property.

apartment cleanliness was A1, size of apartment A1 - access to a balcony (very help in the warm nights) was a bonus. the apartment was well decorated & maintained and contained additional unexpected items such as fans, a great size TV, fabulous WIFI. a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom made a difference.
The one thing we didn't like is outside the owners control - noise from people standing and talking outside the apartment complex entrance, late in the evening / early hours whilst windows were open to allow a cool draft into the bedrooms on a very hot night.
