Snooze Inn and Suites by RedDoorz

Location: right by the road and easily accessible; with close by massage parlour and souvenir shop; there is also a small cafe outside for breakfast as breakfast is not included in the hotel. Staff: accomodating and approachable; compensated well for my queries during the stay such as providing as an extra bed off charge. Room: comfortable and clean; good space for a family; WiFi is good and with a smart TV; the bathroom also has water heater; Each room has their own airconditioner which is nice.

Staff: In need of more knowledge regarding queries made during stay such as use of smart TV and why photo uploaded here in the website is different from the actual room during stay. Room: When I booked this room, it showed me photos that we would have 1 double bed and 2 single beds and that it is good for 4 people. However, when I saw the room, it only had 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Clarified this with the staff, and informed me that they only have 1 family room with the 1 double and 2 single beds and was occupied at the moment, leaving me with options to add another pay for an extra bed or sleep on the couch in the living room.

Too noisy when i stay there. Noisy all day

I liked having a living room before the bedroom. Very spacious.

I didnt like that the bathroom was a bit small for my size.
