Cheap but you rather pay a bit more to get treated like human.

Terrible customer service. These people have absolutely no idea how to treat guests and they’re full of fraud. They show you one image on booking.com but provide you with another completely different looking room. And an hour after check in, when you mention that its not the same room, they’ll tell you that all the rooms are occupied and that you should have said something in the first minute. No signs of sympathy and they treat guests like they’re dumb. Horrendous. They didnt even offer a refund or any kind of compensation. The man just sits there indifferent. I would rather live under the bridge. Also, no soap. No shampoo. No condifioner. Mosquitoes everywhere in the room. No mosquito repellent. The blanket doenst cover your feet (im 5’2”). Absolute nightmare.
