Large garden for kids to play, full kitchen, netflix and high speed internet. All very well kept.

Two houses but only one tiny bathroom. Beach is close and unfortunately rotten algae there produce a very bad smell. To open the windows was sometimes a bad idea due to that. Next supermarket 10 min drive.
