The location was within walking distance from the Sassi Matera. Excellent contact with owner and quick response. Great supply of consumables for guest use. Supermarket and bank within walking distance.

Spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen and lots of spare bedding pillows etc. good location approx 10 minute walk to the Sassi, parking around the apartment was free and easy to secure

Great Appartment, very close to Old Town. Very comfy and great to have a fill kitchen and washing machine. The neighbors aren't very welcoming with ringing the Door Bell at 1am for 5mins, after their get together in the Appartement above us. We parked in the street, we think they didn't like that. Other wise a great place to stay.

I put not the lowest rating only because the apartment is really not bad . But... If you do not want to spoil nerves on vacation I advise you to avoid communicating with the landlady of the apartment. For many years of traveling, including Italy, I have to write a negative review for the first time, because it was probably the only case in my practice of rude, boorish, nervous, inadequate communication with the hostess of the apartment with the use of discriminatory statements on the nationality.   Even the employee of booking.com who was forced to intervene in the conflict were shocked by such communication, reading the correspondence. Be vigilant, if you have already booked this apartment, stipulate at once clearly how the payment will be made (under the terms of the reservation we had to pay on the spot). We were offered to pay by a link on some unfamiliar and suspicious resource. As a result, instead of enjoying our vacation we spent half a day to resolve the dispute in order not to stay overnight on the street. Such attitude to the client is simply unacceptable.

Great, renovated and modern apartment with new and functional furniture. It has all the amenities and utensils needed for a short and long stay. It is strategically located in a quiet neighborhood on the border with Sassi.The old town is within walking distance of 5-10 min. Excellent communication and assistance from the owner You can't go wrong with this place for sure. Thank you for the conditions you have provided us for our stay in Sassi!

Street parking is hard to find as it is not a ZTL and all the cars are parked here

The location of this apartment was perfect. Only 5-10 minutes walk into the Old Town. The flat was very well equipped and the host was really friendly and helpful.

I have to say that this property was one of the best places during our three weeks holiday in Italy.
