DEGreat location, spacious apartment. Loved the big kitchen countertop!
More kitchen utensils would have been useful. Communication with the host was quick but not always helpful, e.g. when somebody from the bar next door took our parking spot, we had to take care of it ourselves. At the same time the AC didn't seem to work but it was taken care of the same night.

GEExcellent and quick communications, helpful and responsive hosts. The fans and A/C great at keeping the place cool. Had bike rentals and that was essential without car to get down to the beach, I recommend you get bikes to get to beach areas. The restaurants in Tulum were very good.
As it was New Years, sleeping soundly in front living room was a challenge because of nightclub/bar noise into the wee hours.
